You can get a model loading plugin called ModelLoader from GitHub, install it to a dedicated server installs SourceMod, along with all the models and materials, and you will be able to see it in-game. You can find it here:

You can fully install Synergy, SourceMod and the model packs via SynDSInstall27015.bat for Windows, or syndsinstall.sh for Linux. These can be found here:

Go to:

Copy the folder: 646159916 to:
Steam\steamapps\common\Synergy\synergy\custom
I say to copy it because Steam may try to re-download it if you move the folder.
If you have Synergy installed in the default directory and have a 64-bit OS, you can use this command to copy over the folder:

Fully Automated by Prompt:
Download the Syndsinstall27015.bat from https://github.com/Balimbanana/SourceScripts/blob/master/Batch/Syndsinstall27015.renametodotbat
Rename it to end in .bat instead of .renametodotbat place the script in your SteamCMD directory, or your Synergy server folder where srcds.exe is located. If you don't have SteamCMD, it will download it in the script with a prompt.
Run Syndsinstall27015.bat and follow the prompts, when your server is fully installed with SourceMod (also available for auto-install through the script), you will be able to use IMP (Install Model Packs) at the first prompt which will allow you to choose each pack you want, with auto-install.

Subscribe to download 646159916_pak.vpk
If you have SteamCMD, you can use:
workshop_download_item 17520 646159916
Move 646159916_pak.vpk which will be located in:
SteamCMD\steamapps\workshop\content\17520\646159916
To:
SteamCMD\steamapps\common\Synergy\synergy\custom
Note: you need SourceMod installed to use this.

I did not make any of the player models in this pack, I just formatted them to be useable without overwriting the default models.

This workshop addon includes a model loader plugin I developed for SourceMod, it scans and automatically adds all files in the models/player/ and materials/models/ folders and .mdl files are precached automatically. It also has a model menu which is automatically populated and you can access it with: /model !model /models !models
New in ModelLoader v1.2, persistant models stored in SQL for all players and applied when you join or respawn. Also added more validation for donator models, if you are not a donator and use the console to set your model to a donator model you will be set to male_01.mdl automatically and will not be able to select donator models, you can still use other models though.
ModelLoader v1.3, fixed possible crash on slow server/database load, added validation for whether or not the models and materials directories are present.
ModelLoader v1.4, added sub-categories to sort custom models by author. Also fixed rare occasion that would revert normal models to rebel models. Also added a hook for when the player picks up a suit to reset their model to the correct one. ModelLoader now has translations for the menus.
ModelLoader update allowing for selecting model by !model modelname or !models modelname as well as / instead of !
ModelLoader v1.5, added support in base plugin to allow running on the development and Twitch branches of Synergy. Also added !modelskin # which allows you to select specific model skins for models that support them (T-45D and T-51B for example).
