Yes, you'll have to draw the rails up to the buildings by hand. Unfortunately no trains will ever drive up to them. Its really more for asthetics.

It doesn't seem to have rail connectors to the asset, or is it just how that is? or is there a required mod?

Nice asset you got here but wouldn't this need a prop list? I'm not sure if it does 'cause I haven't tried it out in-game yet
