描述

Adds Trinidad and Tobago as a new civilization.

Unique Ability: West Indies Federation - Friendly and allied Maritime City-States provide Culture in addition to the usual Food, while non-Maritime ones give Gold. Gain Influence with all met City-States upon expending a cultural Great Person.
Unique Unit: Peacekeeping Regiment - Replaces Infantry. Provides Influence when in City-State territory.
Unique Building: Liquefaction Facility - Replaces Factory. +2 Gold on Strategic Resources.

Supports Cities in Development, Civ IV Traits, Events & Decisions, Historical Religions, Map Labels, Unique Cultural Influence, Wish for the World, and YnAEMP.

This seems to be extremely based on getting a diplomatic victory: gold from most allied city-states, gold from the fatory and infantry that provide influence are all good things for a diplomatic player, and maybe this can be worked for a science based player.
