mp_falldamage but it can by changed by
sm_cvar mp_falldamage 1
but for "sm_cvar" you need on your server SourceMod.... And I think this command mp_falldamage is broken... Then you need plugin for noFallDamage https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpost.php?p=2323706&postcount=10

You dont know how to compile this plugin to .smx ? Then check my tutorial... Its.. in CZECH language... :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9PSZD2gffE

what is the command for remove fall damage ?

Because on this map is fall damage.. :D
