Request and design input from Steam User SnowHawk to build a Custom kingdom on start.
If you are a count or duke, this will allow you to form a new kingdom based on your primary title. This enables a number of diplomacy options to absorb neighboring realms, annex neighboring kingdoms, and revoke realm titles.

Several decisions so you can also convert your realm and lords to your culture and religion as well as convert your realm government to either Feudal, Merchant Republic(if you capital province is coastal), or Tribal(tribals are disabled in AGOT because it could be buggy).

Short Walkthrough
1 - Use the Intrigue decision, Form Realm, this opens up the various decisions/diplomacies to form a new realm
2 - Use the diplomacies; Absorb Realm, Revoke, and Annex Realm, on neighbors/titles to build your kingdom. Limit range of 1 sea province between provinces.
3 - Use the intrigues; Convert Realm, Convert to Feudal Realm, Convert to Republic Realm, Convert to Tribal Realm, to shift your new kingdom to your culture, religion, and government type.
4 - Let the game run a day to disable the mechanics.

To use with A Game of Thrones Mod, you need to use a text editor, like notepad, to add a dependency to Sin Realms.mod in the mods folder, E.G. ***\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod

AGOT example:
dependencies = { "A Game of Thrones" }

Works with Elder Kings just edit the .mod with dependencies = {Elder Kings" }

are you using it with an overhaul mod? And try the manual version, workshop has numerous issue s with it.
