you say that you will upload the save when you get a 390k inhabitants but it was a year ago(

I've just updated the screenshot gallery with a couple of night-time pics and the overlay file used on the map (basically exactly the same Skye is using in his YT Serie).
You'll have to convert it to PNG one way or another (end size 152 MB).
There's still issues related to using overlays as moving the picture up and down tends to stretch it, so eventually, you'll never have the streets at the exact same spot as in real-life... but you'll still achieve a 95% true result.
I'll upload the save-file as soon as i reach the real-life 390k inhabitants :-)

Obviously it's still a work in progress but at least all the cities assets are at their real location
