Abolish Title CB

描述
Adds a CB to challenge and abolish a title held by a ruler, who is not your direct or higher liege.

This acts as a reverse of de-jure claim wars. Allowing you to challenge rulers who claim they are a duke/king/emporer and who could declare a de-jure claim war upon you.

On success you have completly reduced the ruling establishments power, and the title is destroyed.

Mechanics
- Only duke, king and empire titles can be abolished.
- Titles can not be temporary titles.
- Costs prestige to declare this war 500 on dukedoms, 1500 on kingdoms, 2500 on empires
- Should be valid for inter-vassal wars (where they are not a direct or higher liege)
- Does not apply to strong or weak claims, only dejure claims.
- As the title will be destroyed, realms can split apart depending on the title involved.

Compatability
- Should have high compatability with most mods due to the CB is new and self contained.

Works with CK2 2.5.2, 2.6.1, 2.7.2, 2.8.0, 2.8.1. Created for fun by the Strategy Master

For clarification, do you have to have your primary title be the de jure of like the Arabian Empire in order to declare the war the abolish the title? (Of course not have them as your liege)

@FunGaming44, there's a destroy titles mod for CK3. Essentially cheat which allows you to right click a character and destroy a title of your choosing (from Duchy upward)

I am not able to use abolish title to shatter HRE, can someone explain why?

Im surprised AI uses it, and its awesome !!! I didnt expect to use it but insted they use it, with my great joy. And this glorious wonderful mod deserves to be in in most popular. I finally killed the coackroach that was ruining 100% of my games, u see i wanted to do a RP AAR, but the Byzantines always were blobing like sick animals and getting the most ugly bordergore ever, like owning stuff in the middle of france, germany, even iceland wasnt safe, awful stuff.
