Face seems a little squished in the picture. And to answer people on how to use it; you use faceplates by going through your loadout inventory, you know, the place you choose skins, decals, commanders, etc.

how do yo uuse these face plates anyway ?

I like all your faceplate but damned if I can figure out how to use them

I love this, only wish Erika's head was moved up a bit so the victory strike bulletin doesn't cover her face to much

I created this faceplate for myself but thought i might share it. If you don't like it, don't use it, it's that simple :)
