This mod is only relevant to EPIC SURVIVAL server.

Interface reglement pour serveur EPIC SURVIVAL.

To acces the menu press F1

This mod is hardcoded, no option to customize is designed for my server.

Work for new player joining. Player already on server need to die to acces this.

A custom one would be nice. However, I think it needs to update the mod everytime the admin changes it. Can you share the code with us to use in DevKit please?
