How do I find these in Find It? They must have a different name. Can anyone help?

If it was set to this particular level, there should be a reason.

yes i find that out myself , but still prefer if publisher make a version of all levels cause you need to clone for evry district

Use the theme manager mod. So you can clone buildings to change their level in your city.
