Mini Elementary School 2x2

This is a tiny elementary school that is ideal for small neighbourhoods, or just to provide your youngest students a small and safe place to study. It has mostly 1/4 of the stats of the vanilla elementary school.

No custom props or mods are required. It works fine either with or without After Dark and/or Snowfall.

Education radius: 400 (only a little smaller than usual 500)

Workers: uneducated 1, educated 2, well educated 3, highly educated 3 (totally changed those, the vanilla school has too much poorly educated staff)
Electricity use: 5 (much less than the usual 30, thanks to its solar panels)
Water+sewage: 3+3 (25%)
Garbage accumulation: 2
