Our recent endevours have allowed ZeroG to branch out and build build build! So as our main engineering powers are hard at work on our State of the Art Exploration Vessel, Our Prototype division has put our knowledge into producing Military Tech!

So Let me be the first to introduce you all to the "Ferro"!

The Ferro, is a 8 passenger Military grade dropship. It's aerodynamic design has influance a all new cutting edge desgin! Made for getting you into and out of some of the most daring situations. All working around our massive duct working to keep those high temp engines running smoothly!

Only what is needed is included with the Ferro. Light cargo and ammo storage - but the ablitiy to carry up to 8 people! On each of the wing thruster pods we have included standard 15mm Gatling Guns - with the sole purpose of suppression only engagements.

The Ferro is a versitale design that can be recofigured to meet your needs. Want to ditch the seats and put in more weapons? Go ahead as the Ferro is ready and waiting for your desires!

Come on in and try out the Ferro! We know your going to love it!

@Fenra369 I heard back from our engineers and I think you should be pleased with the results. You had mentioned that Ferro was lacking in a couple of critical areas. Our engineers agreed and were more than happy to make changes based on battlefield usage.

To start they reworked the systems room to included an O2 station. They also updated the software and by doing that, the effecincy rose to allow less generators. This allowed for the much needed room to spare for the O2 station and some light armor plating to protect vital componets.
No longer are the fuel tanks visble from the outside and are now reduced to 2 tanks total. Fuel range is still great due to Ferros versitilty.

As for the O2 tank in the cockpit, well they think it looks pretty and decided to just leave it alone.

@Fenra369 Thank you for your feedback! Here at ZeroG we strive ourselves for complete customer satisfaction.
I have opened a ticket up for Ferro and have sent it to our Engineers. They will then analyze and review to come up with a solution.
I expect to hear back from them soon and will contact you regarding your concern.

I want to like this ship, but I can't. There are several design flaws with this ship that while pretty, don't make it practical. The major one being... It has no O2 Station! Why this ship has O2 tanks with no O2 station is beyond me. There's also an inaccessible O2 tank on the front part of the craft covered in glass making it very hard to see and impossible to access. As a PvP ship it offers great manuverability and fuel range, but the logic of having loaded and exposed fuel tanks next to the cockpit asks for a one-shot kill. However, for a PvE ship that's meant to look pretty and carry a factionload of people, it'll do. Just strip off one of the generators for a O2 station and you're good.
