After making both this one and one with Holland literally underwater I decided that I wasn't sure which was correct - so I flipped a coin; this is the result. Tell me if I f-cked up horribly. :/

There's two versions. One is pre-Polders and the second is with Flevoland and the rest. Neither are the version mentioned above which should never been seen for fear of giving ptsd to Dutchies worldwide.

The Netherlands, Most of Belgium, and a large chunk of Lower Germany, as a Huge map. Complain about the projection below if you want.

In the collection is a fix if the normal process of subscribing and enabling doesn't work.

Nice map, here are a few tips:
Add the IJssel river,
make minor rivers from IRL small rivers (actual game rivers),
make a scenario where each of the states/provinces of the netherlands are a Civ, and add the small independant cities that existed as citystates.
