This building works with all kinds of elevated networks, who are 2 tiles wide (Traintracks, Tramtracks, Streets and so on) This is why its placed in the Park section
Attention, this is a 1x2 overhanging building, keep in mind you need to delete the zoning on overhanging parts.

-ploppable 1x2 overhanging building, placed in the Park section
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-3030 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1536x768 each)
-122 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256x128 each)

BonBonB really did drive home that I should rate content creators in one of his videos. I have been too lazy for years but I'll do it now. Thank you for making my cities so much prettier!
