Squats use a combination of Imperial class (Imperium of Mankind) ships as well as a number of ships unique to them.

Squats are hardy abhumans. They excel at trade and war alike. They are fiercely loyal and hold grudges for millennia. Originally humans who set out for the stars long ago, they adapted to the harsh conditions and strong gravity of their homeworlds near the centre of the milkyway. Their empire was destroyed by the arrival of a Tyranid Hive Fleet which almost drove them to extinction. They now survive on isolated worlds, often allying Humans to take vengence on the Tyranids and their bitter enemies the Orks. (Warhammer 40K Universe).

Note: Some of the younger 40K fans might not even know who the Squats are as GW have repeatedly tried to write them out with successive versions of the game. If you are one of these people then please Google them :-)
