Small Winter Parking Lot (Right)

This 3x7 parking lot looks great on winter maps and along the right side of buildings. There is a pedestrian path on the left. This is a non-cheat asset. It doesn't add to leisure or happiness to the city. It has a very tiny building and maintenance cost and only uses a small amount of electricity for lighting.
