RIP to one of my favorite mods

The mod is a year old now, I haven't updated it at all nor do I plan too. There really is no way to fix it unless you want to recreate the mod.

So I just recently uninstalled EVERY addon I had in G-mod so my game wouldn't crash every 5 minutes. When I got some of my favorite mods to try out, I tried to use this mod, which lets you throw a fast prop that kills on contact. Now, the prop only bonces off of the NPCs, even when really up close. Please inform me on how I can fix this. Thank you very much in advance
