College Campus 4x4

This is a small campus with 1/12 of the capacity of the "vanilla" University. You can build this even if you don't have any bigger universities in your city - the imaginary main campus could be somewhere far away. This asset is ideal for small, young cities, far-away neighbourhoods and islands, or just to add variety to your education buildings.

No custom mods or props are required. It is After Dark friendly and works fine with Snowfall DLC, but those are not needed.

My experience is that all (?) big univerisities tend to have more than one campus, and often also in different cities. The A" logo is property of Aalto University, a big university with several different campuses in Helsinki and Espoo, Finland. This asset does not depict any real-life building, just my idea of modern glass-and-steel architecture.

Most stats are 1/12 of the vanilla University - if different, there's an explanation.
