All Region Links

描述
Removes all randomization from region links. All regions that can be linked, will be linked.

You can now fly from Texas to Mexico if you were lucky enough to get a Southern US HQ.

This mod will only effect new games. I may update it to modify existing saves in the future if there is interest, but didn't want to go that far until I can thoroughly test it.

Tried it on WOTC. Looks like it works just fine. So far haven't encountered bug mentioned by ADVENT Avenger.

All this time I thought the contact lines not showing up was caused from a bug.

That's not a small bug... You're better off editing the base game's ini files for 3 or 4 links per instead of 2 or 3.

Small bug, all regions are accessible to make contact but the gray link between them isn't. I can contact West Europe but the cost is just like if I jumped 4 regions away instead of being the regular one-away cost.

It took a while for me to understand the links were random. I was not very pleased. You made my life less irritating, thank you.

@Badgerconda updating the saved games is a little more tricky but I'll probably look into it more over the next week or two
