This mod will add the English MEC voice lines to your game for both genders.

This is a smaller chunk of the full MEC Voice Pack, which contains all languages, found here: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=625580984

hmm... well, considering the fact that i am currently subscribed to the MEC troopers mod, it certainly couldn't hurt to try getting the original MEC trooper voices in there eh? i'm hoping it works though

Change all the lines in the mod's XComContent.ini like so:
+BodyPartTemplateConfig=(PartType="Voice", Language="english", Gender=eGender_Male, TemplateName="MECMaleVoice1_English", ArchetypeName="MECMaleVoice1_English.Voice_MECMaleVoice1_English")

Becomes:

+BodyPartTemplateConfig=(PartType="Voice", Language="english", Gender=eGender_None, TemplateName="MECMaleVoice1_English", ArchetypeName="MECMaleVoice1_English.Voice_MECMaleVoice1_English", CharacterTemplate="SparkSoldier")

Will mean the voices are available to SPARKs (only).
