描述

ChirpBanner creates a thin banner across the top of the screen, on which chirps will scroll horizontally, similar to the ticker in that other city building game. This is my fork of ChirpBanner (http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=406623071) , updated to work with Snowfall. I also added a basic "importance" filter, so most essential Chirps are in all red.Source code: https://github.com/aqtrans/CS-ChirpBanner

I get this error message whenever I try to activate this mod:

A Mod caused an error [ModException]

Details:
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Array index is out of range.
at OptionsMainPanel.AddUserMods () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

Can that be fixed?

Great little mod for anyone that loves the chirper, but hates the Original.

I would love to see this updated a bit with maybe some king of pointing function to whatever the chirper is on about. Its a casual player angle :)
