GLA Voice Pack

描述
Adds the GLA Terrorist, Rebel, Hijacker, Saboteur, Worker, SCUD, Jarmen Kell, RPG Trooper, and Scorpion voices as options for males.

These are about 40-50 lines each as opposed to the 100+ for the default XCOM voices, so repetition will be about as common as it was in Generals.

It seems that the new launcher suppresses the mods that are deemed "incompatible" with WOTC. Could someone confirm if it works when enabled with the new launcher? I can't seem to make it work. Thanks in advance!
