Yeah, the incompatibility is because when it was created, it kept the default "ExampleVoicePack" mod ID. Any other voicepack that did the same thing is a conflict. I'm not seeing an easy way to edit that, as changing the file name didn't change the mod ID.

also, could you update the mod, so it doesnt use the "ExampleVoicePack" variable, and uses its own (ie "HomerVoicePack")

I'm guessing the alternate mod launcher is referring to file ExampleVoicePack.XComMod and simply changing that name would resolve that.

I get a conflict with Chanlder Bing, Halo 3 Buck, and Gordon Freeman due to them all having the same ID: ExampleVoicePack. That might be the issue with Genji Voice Pack.
