Leicester are currently sitting on top of the Premier League playing a style of Counter Attacking Football similar to the style Man United used in 1994. This video shows you how to set up your team, or specifically Leicester, in FM16 and be a genuine force in the Premier League.

All information is in the Video. For a summary,

Play Deep,
Keep Formation
Get ball forward fast
Play wingers with Pace, Stamina and Workrate.
Keep Jaime Vardy Happy!
Change forward roles if needed.
Defense should never get caught out of positon.
Never have as much Possession as the other team.

How is all this set up in the match engine? Check the video.

NOTE: Set plays are set to my preference. Edit if you like.

how to play Leicester,you have Vardy and mahrez.4-2-2 is ok!

Ik its late but I figured others might have the same problem.
Go to your tactics screen where you make your tactic, click the arrow and go to Load / Import (can't remember which it is) tactic and load it from there. It will automatically upload it to your squad for use.

This is by far the most effective tactic I've ever used for a premier league team.. It's genius! Just won the title with the foxes and now going to see if I can use this tactic in serie a. Do you think it would work for other teams in different leagues?

I've tried the tactic as Leeds and i've won two of my friendlies with it and not conceded a goal so i'm happy with it.

@laca1989 Its explained in the video (manually switch positions depending on other teams tactics. This screenshot just shows the team I played the last game with.

would it not cause a problem to play mahrez right and albrighton left. Just with that being exactly how they play in real life, maybe better for shots when cutting inside
