This is an administration addon mainly created for DarkRP and similar gamemodes.

Currently, when a player kills another player, or arrests another player or when a player is detected prop spamming, it will mark both player's positions where the event occured with an outline of what they looked like at the time.
It also takes note of Name (or SteamID if the player has disconnected), Weapon and how long ago it happened and can be re-viewed by using the pt_menu console command.

There are a few concommands tied to this addon (starting with pt_), to get a full list and basic information on each type pt_help into your console.

*** This addon uses player.IsAdmin to ensure markers are sent to the right clients.
If there is an issue with sub-admin usergoups that *should* be able to get these messages but can't, post below and i'll fix it up. ***
