RICO ready!
This is one of my modern apartment buildings. The growable version is now RICO ready, of course with tooltip and thumbnail.

Architecture: Residential building in Heidelberg, Germany.

Growable version
  • low residential
  • 4x3
  • level 5

RICO version
  • high residential
  • 4x3
  • level 4
  • 8 households
  • construction-cost: 8.000

The reason I chose different residential types
I think this building fits more in high residential. The problem is that the growable building has about 20 households (without using any population mods). That’s too much! Therefore the growable version is low residential with about 7 households.

Great looking asset.
A problem with its white surface which doesn't look good if the ground is not 100% flat.

Overload, yes I find them too bright in my game too. is there a way to fix it?

growable is low, RICO is high - I think there was a reason I chose to make it this way, but cannot remember it

This is high residential
category says LOW

Raise your land value in that area or use mod plop the growables and set the land value complaint to OFF.

it keeps telling me the property value is too low no matter where i place it

Anyone having problem with this building that in game it is very bright and "too much white"?

Rico and real population don't really work together, but it wont crash the game either. It's a bummer.

Is this the growable version, the RICO ready version or both? I'm confused because I want this to grow and not have to add it in as a ploppable.
