Last Updated to 2.2, March 1st, 2016,

**What's in this mod?
The mod adds the EXALT static radio chatter from XCOM: Enemy Within as voice options for your soldiers. There are currently 4 voice packs, 2 for men, and 2 for women. EXALT 1 is identical for both men and women - all of the radio static lines as voice options. EXALT 2 for men also includes the spoken panic lines. EXALT 2 for women has all sound files at a high pitch, to sound more feminine.

2.2
Fixed an issue where an extranoues file was included with the published mod. This would eat up an extra 90 MB of memory while the mod was active in game.

There was an issue with some refactoring I did to clean up things on my end that broke the mod for everyone who was already subscribed. This should be resolved.

2.0
We're up a version, and that means big changes. This voice pack now includes EXALT 2 for both men and women. For men, this includes the lines "I'm losing control of the situation!" and "I can't take much more of this!" for panicing. For women, all of the static lines have been pitch-shifted up, making them a little more feminine.

This is WOTC compatible, but I do have a problem with it that it's too loud. Other voices I use are overall the same volume, but all Exalt's are way more and I don't want to lower the voice sound without hurting all other voices.

Using 2K's Launcher? That doesn't allow base game mods to be used with WotC, and vice versa.
Use a launcher that works:

I cant find the voice in the drop list in the game after I subscribed to this mod. any idea why?

Can't say that's something I've noticed and unfortunately changing the volume for just this voice would require a re-make of the mod.

is there a way to make the voice quieter? I get deafened every time MOCX takes a turn
