Create surf_milkyway.cfg in your stripper's maps directory and add the following filter should do the trick ;

Well this version is working fine, only thing i dont like is those sound effects you get while you surf the map, any way to remove em for whole server?

whatever u did, its rly nice job, been trying to set up this map with stripper for ages, it just didnt work, and you made fixed version, good job!
