"The SA - Sniper" - Special Sniper Class v.3

SA - Snipers are long range engagement specialists, they've got access to the same equipment that Sharpshooters do however SA - Snipers are well versed in targeting exposed armour rivets.

Special Applications Snipers train in either the Light or Heavy branches of SA - Sniping.

The Light Branch: Gives SA - Snipers a better degree of mobility on the field.
The Heavy Branch: Gives SA - Snipers a a wider range of skills at the expense of mobility.

Now the Light branch gets "Deadeye" at Colonel instead of "Rupture", The Heavy branch retains "Rupture". At the rank of Squaddie SA - Snipers gets the "Squadsight", "Steady Hands" & "Shredder" skills.

SA - Snipers are best suited to supporting friendly troops and Hard Target Interdiction, They've got their pistols incase of an emergency and can receive limited training in its use from the "Light" Branch.
