So notice how feudal rules now make tonnes of cash since conclave came along?

This mod fixes that and reduces the % of cash and minimum levies provided at the start of the game to be closer to pre conclave levels.

Below are the new slider values:

feudal tax: 40%, 25%, 15%, 10%, 8%, 6%, 4%, 2%, 0% (Starting value 8% down from 20%)
iqta tax: 45%, 30%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 8%, 7%, 6%, 5% (Starting value 10% down from 25%

feudal min levy: 0%, 10%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 65% ,80% (Starting value 30% down from 40%)
iqta min levy: 0%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 25%, 35%, 45%, 60%, 75% (Starting value 25% down from 35%)

Other sliders are similar to pre-conclave values, or are already balanced via other law/gameplay mechanics so have not been changed.

Compatability
This mod requires the conclave DLC

Incompatible with mods that modify the concalve obligation laws

Works with ck2 version 2.5.1, 2.5.2, 2.6.1 "Provided for fun by The Strategy Master"
