Improved Stacks and Vest

Raised stack limit:
- Materials from 4 to 6
- Wood from 2 to 3
- Books from 2 to 4
- Lockpicks from 4 to 8

Vest now gives you 3 extra carry slots.

Gets rid of the frustration of having to fill all your slots with Materials and Wood while still keeping it as realistic as possible.
I increased the lockpick stack since I think that those little lockpicks should be able to fit in your pockets quite nicely so that's why I doubled it.
Also I think that you can carry more books than you can carry wood so that's why I doubled that stack size as well.
I have given the vest the benefit of giving you more carry slots since nowadays there are a lot of vests with pockets.

Anyway I hope you enjoy this little change to the game and please leave behind comments on what you think is good about this mod or what should be improved.

Be advised:
- Make sure the mod is enabled in the modding centre in the main menu.
- You have to start a new game for it to take effect. Which means you cannot continue your last save if you want this to work.
- If you have similar mods enabled at the same time, this mod might not work.
