描述
This simple mod reduces the diplomatic penalty from imperium levels. This should make the diplomacy more reasonable even for larger and more advanced empires.

The above listed values are still further modified by other things such as rulers' traits ("Hate rival empires" etc.). These modifiers remain unchanged.

Compatibility
Compatible with all DLCs. Save game compatible (you don't have to start a new game in order to use this mod). Should be compatible with most other mods.

A weird bug i have found is that it doesnt disable, even when it is unsubscribed. i have even checked the referential integrity.

shame I hoped we could change that option as to at least give the option to all factions. Frustrating to watch CA add some great things but then equally take them away too!
