General:

RIGHT CLICK - Fire Torpedoes
TAB - Look around in first person

Fixes to view and spawn menu.

Also fixed cockpit issue where other cockpits would not draw in first person.

Fixed cockpit rendering bug. Ship will now properly draw when exiting in cockpit mode.
