Easy Thirdperson

Originally made for my server.
Really simple and easy script that allows thirdperson without sv_cheats 1 enabled
Works in both single and multiplayer. Works for every gamemode.
How to enabled thirdperson : Hotkey F4 or type togglethirdperson in console.
