This mod increases the number of guards posted at an upgraded guard house to two.

If the quest starts with Lvl 2 guardhouses, only 1 guard will spawn for each (i.e. the guardhouse needs to be upgraded to Lvl 2 in order for the second guard to spawn).

Are you sure you've enabled mod in the game? You also need to enable beta for mods to work.

I would really like to see 3 guards mod

This mod isn't working for me on the latest patch, even if it's the only mod active.
I'm guessing once the old beta some mention in these old comments was superseded by the current live patch, the mod lost compatability and was never updated.

Not compattible with Improved Guards, it seems.
