OK, I do see that popup. It seems to imply that subscribing to this will subscribe to the pre-reqs. It's a bit vague I guess. Anyways, I apologize for my confusion.

I think it is a prerequisite since its listed as a required item on the sidebar and when you try to subscribe it should pop-up saying you can't unless you have Pool and Station Toilet 02 updated added/subscribed on the workshop.

You have to get the pool asset
Its listed as required

This doesn't look right after placing. it's just asphault where the water should be.
