Replaces the tank with a (somewhat deformed) Ursa Major from RWBY: Grimm Eclipse

Features:
-Replaces both the regular tank and "The Sacrifice" railcar tank
-Face Runes glow in the dark
-Firstperson arms

note for everyone who loves this mod:

you can now get an add-on to this mod which replaces the l4d1 tanks.

BLACK_RAINBOW_DK just type "sv_consistency 0" without quotes in the console and it should work
