EK107-G4 Eris Bomber

The EK107-G4 Eris is a mid-range jet bomber designed to take out medium sized surface ships and tankers. Because of it's much larger wingspan of 35 meters is too large for some carriers the Eris is capable of folding down to a clearance of just 17 meters for storage and repairs on long naval operations.

It's primary 70x56 Okerion Jackhammer gatling cannon is much heavier than the Ashens autocannons of the Eclipse or Nighthawk fighters but has a slower fire rate of 900rpm and is most effective against slow moving targets. Despite this, the Okerion Jackhammer has a mutch longer effective range and is even more accurate from a distance than most other autocannons making it an extremely effective ambush weapon. In close surface support or air-to-air operations, the Eris carries two wing-mounted racks of three TAK5 Rokov air-launched interceptors for taking out smaller fast-moving targets and other aircraft.
