Air Pollution - Customisable Smoke Trails

NOTE: broken by the most recent beta, will hopefully be fixed soonish.

A mod that adds customisable smoke trail emitters under the gizmos category. The part has adjustable values for density, length, and colour, and can be toggled on and off with the action group of your choice.

The authors do not take reponsibility for any rude skywriting that may take place as a result of this mod.

Known issue: the input and invert buttons are totally redundant, we just don't know how to get rid of them.
