First off, this Mod was inspired by the "Craft your own Fort" Mod by chrysanthes77.

As Dragonborn, you've inherited this small island near Solstheim, but it requires some fixing up. You will need to make repairs -- for the Wall and Gate, then later add Farms (3), a Horse stable, A General Store (in Gate house), hire Farmers & animals, and build the Castle.
Then you add to the interior -- make furniture: beds, chairs, tables, etc.

All Items can be fashioned from the local area -- Aspen Trees can be harvested for wood piles, Clay and Stone can be mined, and Linen fashioned from a Loom (Tundra Cotton) to make furniture. There is a Cheat Key that accesses the Supply Chests (in case you are in a hurry to build everything).

Tools: Pickaxe, Axe, Nails, Hinges, Fittings, Locks, Wood Piles, Clay bricks, Stone, Trees, etc.

The items produced give access to keys that unlock small rooms with Levers (I had an issue with Hearthfire because I could not edit the Papyrus Script, so I improvised).

The Island is accessible via the Teleport Spell in Powers section of your Character's Magic list. You are teleported to the Shack, an initial starting point. Another access point is a teleporter in Solstheim / Raven Rock.

Update:
- I fixed the lighting in some rooms so it won't be too bright.
- I added a control switch for Music in the Theater and Waterfall control in the Master Suite.

Update: 02-08-2016:

- I added a switch to the main Castle room so you can disable the Rugs.
- I added a Gold Mine/Bank that is accessible after building parts for it on the workbench.
- I added 14G (gauge) Steel ingots and crafted items.
- Other Misc. fixes. (Includes a 5000 point Circlet for Carrying items).

Notes:

To start the mod, first use the provided teleport spell to go to the Shack on the island. the Shack contains materials and supplies in the chest (the key can be made on a workbench outside), or mine clay, stone, iron, or harvest wood from trees. Then use materials with workbench to make items -- walls, gate, farms, Castle, stable, etc. Once the Castle is done, another workbench will appear near a building. Use that to make the interior items that will be added with a Key to the locked rooms (I did this in place of enabling buildings because I could not access the papyrus Script in Hearthfire DLC). The bank/gold mine is accessible with the workbench.
