Heart of the Seas

A map I uploaded a while back. I took it down to fix up some small issues and never put it back up. If you're looking to build a mess of a city, this should be quite appropriate.

The center sandy bit drains water away.

Large submerged bits can be polderised for fertile land and/or access to raw materials.

There are some adventurous shipping lanes available.

You're mostly on your own when it comes to road and rail routes though (aside from some subtle suggestions here and there).
