Request Mod 1 (Increased Ammo; Increased ROF of Shotgun; Semi-Auto Pistol)

Welp, not much to say aside that it was a requested mod.

It does following things:
- Ammo pickups give you 5 times more ammunition
- Weapons hold 5 times more maximum ammo amount
- Pistol can be fired semi-auto by clicking fire button. Or you can just hold it for default mode.
- Increased rate of fire of Shotgun.

Compitability with other mods: Well, anything that changes on ammo or weapon or Pistol's script. Heck, it's not like I can tell clearly what multiple "replaces" will do.
