The Rural club & Liquor store with neon sign props(blink).

ストリップクラブと酒屋が一体化したユニーク施設です。別途ネオンのプロップが必要です。
カクテルグラスのProp、アルファマスクの黒をグレーに変えたら遠距離で見えづらくなるのが解消されました。
逆に遠くからも太い線で表示されるので違和感が出たかも？バランスが難しい。

  • Type: Unique building Lv.1
  • Footprint: 4*7
  • Tris: 4417
  • Required assets: Strip neon sign B 5m (Prop), neon-bar1-2m, neon-cocktail1-4m, neon-drink1-3m, Fan Palm Tree, Fern 1.

This is a re-model and re-texture of the vanilla asset "L1 4x3 shop13" ,by ModTools.
このビルはバニラの商業アセット「L1 4x3 shop13」をModToolsで書き出してモデルとテクスチャを改変したものになっています。むしろModToolsでのデータ書き出しを調べた事の副産物です。
調べた結果は下記のガイドにあります。日本語版へのリンクもあります……というか自動翻訳英語で恥ずかしい。

Reporting minor bug: this asset resets Statue of Industry and makes it locked again, even with Unlock All enabled.

I've tested this in vanilla with only this asset subscribed and Unlock All enabled which comes with the game itself. Sidenote, I've unlocked Statue of Industry earlier already.
When subscribed to this asset, Statue of Industry is locked, when ubsubscribed to this asset, Statue of Industry is unlocked again.
The effect is reproducable.

Fortunately, the Staute of Industry is easily unlocked again through its quest (10000 industrials zones built), but I thought I'd mention it so the author could take a look at it or perhaps mention it in the description.

It isn't a major bug imo since no other assets or mods depend on this asset particularly afaik and the unlock is fairly easy. However, it would be great if it can be fixed.

Something with this asset caused ridiculous traffic jams in my area of town where this was plopped. I would stay clear of this asset unless you have the capacity

@Fox Yeah, a growable version would be nice. Hell, I'd like there to be a custom dictrict type that grows red light type buildings.

I guess I could still make one with ploppables though.
