This building requires a prop (Regis high roof ladder) that is part of the Regis High School asset, as reported by Loading Screen Mod.

I'm using building theme manager, and it is showing that this building did not load, even though I am subscribed to it...

Is there a dependent asset I'm missing somewhere??
