Halberd-class Destroyer (Small Grid)

The Halberd-class destroyer is a heavy escort classification in the UNSC Navy. It is best suited to direct ship combat and assaults.

History
Also known as the Thanatos-class, the Halberd is a surprising ship; very superior to Frigates in ship-to-ship combat. Her armor is thicker than even that of a Paris-class, she has two main cannons, more missiles, auto turrets, and for all that extra weight is still fast and agile. Destroyers are often the first ships to engage the enemy, and can take on Covenant cruisers in small groups.

Tactics
When fielded in larger numbers, Halberd Destroyers can work with cruisers to focus fire on the larger Covenant cruisers and carriers, or protect them from Frigates and strike craft.

To use this ship: Access via antenna or control panel on the "bridge", and remote control.

PS: This ship is based on _Unauthorized_'s build, a large-to-small block conversion with some extra details added. Go give that guy some love for his awesome builds that inspire my own!
