Single-point Diamond Junction C by WA WA.

An efficient junction between a ground highway and two elevated one-way roads on ground level, with a single point intersection for left turns, free flowing right turns and an optional railway track between the two sides of the highway.

Feel free to upgrade the entrances and exits to two-lane highway and the one-way roads to three-lane one-way roads from Network Extensions Project http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=478820060

Works best if you optimize the central intersection (I used Traffic ++ http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=409184143 ), and if you flatten the ground before placing it.
