UK Bungalow #10 - Level 2

Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Bungalow collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses in the future. These can be used as both detached and semi detached (using the building eye dropper tool to suit your needs) This asset is AFTER DARK READY.

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 2x4 layout
Density : Low Residential
Level : 2

How do i spawn these houses in game?
The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which i've added to the UK Bungalow collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these houses require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items

Model Info:
  • 307 Polys
  • 729 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (163 tris)

I put these in my city and since the update, they say that they aren't loaded. I've gone in and made sure they were all activated.

Perfect, I was hoping someone would do some more bungalows! The only other houses I really need are those ubiquitous 60s/70s semi detached houses with the tiled fronts.
