did this mod get left behind i just wana know if i will one day have a boat in the sea in dst or will i have to wait and hope devs add it and if they do i hope is free

wilbur runs alot faster in shipwrecked than this... this mod hasnt been updated in forever, so if anyone knows a way i can just, go into files and change this, that would be nice, or another mod that i can just have wilbur in dst with nothing else.
