描述
A Level 4 colonial house in a 4x3 lot.

-1024x1024 texture
-Parking Spots
-Door entrance
-Windows: Reflective and random lights on/off at night.
-Separate Download is available for other lot sizes (check my workshop).

Note: This is a reupload of a colonial house that I uploaded a day prior. I had scaling problems and had to reupload. This was my innitial desired result. I hope you like!

Hi, Kiebler I have used a house asset that was made by you and I made a garden around it. I posted it on the workshop and people told my I had to give permission first to the asset creator. I wasnt aware of this, so do I have permission to keep it on the workshop or to remove it?

Thank you for the great advice. I will see what I can do about lowering the file size below 1.5 MB. The variable props is also a good suggestion. Thanks.

These momdels are excellent, but i have 2 suggestions.
1: reduce the file size. 1-1.5 MB is the sweet spot for assets like these that are designed to be used in tract housing scenarios.
2: use variable props, if possible.
