I could find 3d model creator but he is no longer be online

It was on Garrysmod dot org by, I believe, a reuploader. A YouTube video titled "TETO IN GMOD!! :O" implies the model existed as early as 2011. I believe the Garrysmod dot org website is down now. Back when it was there, I tried to find the original creator but my searches yielded no results. I thought it would be helpful to people who might've wanted this addon to be able to use it with the click of one button instead of having to install it themselves, so I put it on the Steam workshop.

Where is the origin of this 3d model ?
